In some instances, the update process may stall or fail once initiated if that happens, simply reboot the system and try again, as this tends to be an indication that the last updates did not finalize (and restarting will do that). To check for updates, click on your Windows Search button and type “Windows Update” into the search bar and then click on “Check for Updates” to start the process. That means you'll need to initiate the updates instead of waiting for Windows to prompt you to do so. On the flip side, if you have installed it and find yourself with a machine running at a significantly slower speed, then please remember to keep updating the operating system post-update as there are several smaller follow-up updates that appear under the radar after the fact. Definitely minor compared to crashing systems or slowed performance. Only a small percentage of those who have installed it have experienced problems after the fact, and most of those users only had to reconfigure some of their Windows profile personalizations post-update, nothing more. But don't worry too much if you have already installed it either.
